While browsing\listening to songs\backtracks on the Karafun website I noticed several words in the lyrics for one of the songs I want was incorrect. Some of the lyrics were more than just incorrect, they didn't make sense. It's as if someone half-heartily listened to the lyrics and just pasted them in during the backtrack creation. I notified RECISIO support and they applied the corrections. However, I couldn't listen to the rest of the song obviously because it's sample. Who's to say more are incorrect.

Having the correct lyrics for a song, especially a song I'm willing to pay my hard-earned money for, is important. If I purchase a song and the lyrics are incorrect I would expect to be able to correct them in the Karafun editor and I guess this feature isn't possible. It would be nice to be able to do this because purchasing a product that is not 100% correct is a deterrent. I'm holding off on purchasing any songs in fear that they will also have incorrect lyrics like the one I found.

The RECISIO Refunds and Returns Policy reads:
1. "Returns Policy We support a full replacement policy on any damaged goods"
2. "Damaged tracks will only be exchanged for the same title"

To me, if the lyrics in a purchased karaoke backtrack are incorrect, I consider that product "damaged goods". After all, lyrics are included in most artist CD sleeves and if not, most you can clearly hear in the original song. Lyrics posted online aren't always correct either. Having incorrect lyrics (text) in a backtrack, in my opinion, is unacceptable, especially when they are a far cry from what they really should be.

The RECISIO Disclaimer of Warranties reads:
1. "RECISIO does not warrant that any content on this Website is accurate, that this Website will be available at any particular time, or that any errors will be corrected. "

Not sure if the backtracks are considered "content on this website" but if they are then the "RECISIO does not warrant...or that any errors will be corrected" line would deter me from purchasing a backtrack with incorrect lyrics, especially if I cannot correct the lyrics after purchase with the editor.

Sure, I could keep contacting support with lyric corrections and they can reissue a download. If they are willing?
