I don't know exactly if KaraFun is able to - but I can recommend a program which I'm using and is the best I've ever seen: Song List Generator from http://www.latshawsystems.com/!
OK, the price is 79 US-$, but it is worth every Cent of it!

You can download a trial version and evaluate, if it is the right solution for you. And: the KJ File Manager (same company) is perfectly suited for managing your hard drive karaoke files.
