KaraFun karaoke

I will be attending a meeting in the near future and would like
to share a karaoke file with my coleagues by providing them each
with a CD. Is it acceptable (i.e. does not violate any licenses) to also include the KaraFun 1.01b installer on
the CD or should I just give them the URL so they can download
it when they get home?
