error starting program

Just loaded the latest version of KaraFun - 1.16 - and now it doesn't work. When I attempt to launch the application I am presented with an Error Starting Program box which states "The RTL100.BPL file is linked to missing export OLEACC.DLL CreateStdAcessibleProxyA"
