We changed the way the audio is handled to reduce delays when several audio tracks are played at once. Unfortunately, there seem to be some problems with a number of audio chipsets like yours.
May I ask you what audio chipset and what version of Windows you are using ? Are you audio drivers up-to-date ?
Could you create a startup log and send it to
support@karafun.com ( check 'Create events log file' in the advanced options & restart KaraFun. The file 'startup.log' can be located in the '<...>\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Recisio\KaraFun' directory with XP and the '<...>\ProgramData\Recisio\KaraFun' directory with Vista.
