KaraFun karaoke

I just purchased the Studio and I think you have a great program. I'm having FUN making karafun files from recorded sessions at our senior citizen guitar jamming sessions. I take an ARCHOS Gmini 402 camcorder and produce some neat creations from the audio and/or video together with pictures and lyrics.

It would be easier to manually sync some of the words if I had a mini audio waveform on one of the tracks also is there a way to put guitar chord symbols with the lyrics? Chord changes at the proper place. I downloaded some Karaoke Guitar songs that I think they called guitarioke or something like that.

I agree, sync with waveform preview is easier: There is something similar in video subtitles authoring softwares. It could help in many cases.
If audio source is midi, you could let the user choose midi channel to display and even more propose auto sync lyrics with midi events, user then adds, moves or removes sync points as usual...

We will add the waveform preview, it's planned.

Guitarioke is also a great idea, but for now we try to achieve our first step ; a great and full karaoke solution.
Then, we will extend this to special features like Guitarioke.
